问题解决

在配置文件里添加如下几行

可以直接复制下面内容：

[root@xinsz08 php-7.3.6]# cat /etc/ld.so.conf
include ld.so.conf.d/*.conf
/usr/local/lib64
/usr/local/lib
/usr/lib
/usr/lib64 

执行：
[root@xinsz08 php-7.3.6]# ldconfig -v
使之生效
